ok! i might (no definatly) will have to pay you in febuaray, im putting all of the 70.00 i have left this month into my 'rattie' fund, i have the cage, toys, and other things lined up and being shipped to me ^^ i just need to find a rattie, no shelters near me have any so i will have to go to a petstore (cringe) i saw some ADORABLE ones being used as feeders in the flea market today i almost cried, the guy was selling snakes (grr.. snakes eat eggs as well, feed the that instead of ratties and mice!) -shakes fist- hahaha, i get angry about that easily, all my mice were saved from being feeders.

We are like that too D: Kyles Mom gets really upset when she sees how they store those poor babies as feeders D:. I actually had a bunny once that was a feeder bunny ):. He died a few years ago but I loved him a lot :3. I like was with someone and their Dad and I was snuggling this bunny in a shop for reptiles and I was like why are hey so cheap?! After snuggling it like half an hour the owner tells me hey are feeder bunnies D:. I started crying and didn't want the one I was snuggling to get fed to a snake so they bought it for me XD. I was so horrified :( I would have bought them all if I could.

aww ^^ that so nic eof you to care so much, when i had to move down here and i had to leave my mice with a petstore (i made them promise to not use them as feeders, or i wouldnt give them the mice. i had my friend check up on them regularly, they found homes as pets) i cried handing them over, i loved them so much. im very close to my rattie, probably next week or so! i think dumbos are cute, but ill take anyone that picks me (i wont buy one form a petstore unless they let me hold the rats so i can get thier temperments)

Aw~ I'm glad they got a home in the end though :3. When I moved to AZ I had to leave a different bunny I had taken from someone else who had it and you might say was neglecting it as it was skin and bones literally when I got him. The original owner was feeding it kix the cereal D: and that's all. I was pretty disgusted but stayed civil as I wanted to take the bunny :3. I could hardly bear to pet him when we first got him because of how you could feel every bone. We fattened him and her was healthy in no time :3. But yes I left him to my best friend in Illinois and her Mother still has him now like 4 or 5 years later :nod: I wanted to make sure he ha a good place to live D: I was afraid of giving him to a shelter and such.

I agree they have to let you hold them and feel out which is right for you it makes me mad when they try to not let you do so /:<
